Please note that the person being referred must be aware of and consent to the referral.  We accept referrals from individuals with a diagnosis of a neurological condition or head injury and their family members.  Individuals currently under investigation must be known to a neurologist, neuro-oncologist or neurosurgeon.  Referrals are also accepted by other health professionals, GP, case managers, solicitors or social workers.
